We are seeking a Project Assistant to work a Hybrid role in Folsom, CA. The 1st 6 to 8 weeks will be onsite for training.
Only considering candidates with the following:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 + years experience
Office Administrative Assistant experience
Project Assistant experience
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Responsibilities:
Provide complex and specialized support to specific project and process management work.
Project and data research, internal and external communication and coordination efforts, and develop reports as requested.
Act as a liaison with Interconnection Customers, Participating Transmission Owners, and staff in the processing of requests including tracking progress and document retention.
Oversee and coordinate communications including email, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
Provide support for the processing of financial deposits provided by customers working with the accounting department.
