Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in the Peacthree Corners area of Atlanta, GA area in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position. Candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA area since in-office work will be required. Job Requirements:
MUST have 2+ years of EA experience in a corporate environment, preferably supporting the CEO or other Executive Leaders.
Must be skilled at heavy calendar management and complex travel arrangements.
Prior experience handling the preparation and planning of Board meetings, including travel arrangements, is strongly preferred.
Must have experience screening phone calls.
Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills to handle routine correspondence.
Must be polished, professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Excellent attention to detail is required.
Excellent technical skills are REQUIRED, especially in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint.
