Kimber Health/Kimber Home, the health insurance and student rental division of NYWPG, a well-established wealth planning group in New York, is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. We specialize in international student health insurance and property rentals, and have experienced significant growth over the past few years, positioning ourselves as a leading market player, serving students from over 100 countries.

As the Executive Assistant to this dynamic start-up, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and other executives in driving key sales, marketing, and operational initiatives. You will also facilitate internal communications across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO with various high-growth business initiatives
  • Collaborate with executives on decision-making, project management, and implementing key initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships across teams to improve overall efficiency
  • Contribute to company growth by working with leadership on special projects
  • Provide support on various ongoing projects as needed
  • Assist with compliance and administrative oversight to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment, with the ability to navigate uncertainties
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, able to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting
  • Skilled at multitasking and adaptable to taking on various roles as needed
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with a focus on maximizing productivity
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with relevant tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
  • Experience in the international student market is advantageous
  • Background in the insurance or real estate industry is preferred
