Custom Homes Superintendent

• Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  
  • Oversee high-end, custom, ground-up home construction projects (and extensive experience doing so).
  
  
  • Ensure high-end quality for homes exceeding 5,000 square feet.
  
  
  • Experience with Procore project management software is a plus.
  
  
  • Manage projects involving piled foundations (preferred)
  
  
  • Maintain a project list for reference.
  
  
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors.
  
  
  • References upon request.
  
  
  
  

Compensation:

• Salary dependent on experience, typically ranging from $100,000 to $125,000.


• Truck allowance provided.
