Job Title: Bookkeeper


Location: West St. Louis County


Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days


Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience


Overview of Bookkeeper:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


• Documenting transaction details


• Putting together financial reports


• Fact-checking accounting data


• Notify senior staff of any accounting errors


• Calculate interest charges


• Recording financial transactions

Requirements of the Bookkeeper:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, Accounting experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience.


• Customer Service skills; Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.


• Must possess a high level of accuracy.
