About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!

This position reports to the EVP, Chief Banking Officer and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • The VP, Cash Management is a strategic leadership position, responsible for driving business deposit growth and revenue. The department delivers exceptional client experiences through support of the cash management suite of products and provides internal support to the bank's sales teams. Cash Management products include but are not limited to business analysis checking, ACH origination, fraud protection, wires, remote deposit capture, lock box, merchant services and sweeps.
  • Devise and execute a plan to meet or exceed annual business deposit and cash management revenue sales goals through prospecting, partnering, and relationship management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline of both new and cross-sell opportunities and appropriately managing those to win/loss decision.
  • Retain and grow a business deposit portfolio of clients for the Bank.
  • Oversee and lead cash management sales strategy and be an active participant in the review of existing products and services, including parameters, pricing and delivery channels in the innovation and development of new products, services, and revenue strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing and propose / approve pricing requests and account structures beneficial to the Bank and the customer.
  • Serve as Bank representative in professional, business, and community organizations to promote Bank services and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Bank's operations and support staff to ensure proper execution of cash management functions and on testing and implementation of new cash management products, technology and services.
  • Stay current with and provide recommendations relating to emerging technologies, trends and capabilities that differentiate the Bank in the marketplace.
  • Deliver timely resolution of client issues providing technical expertise and strong follow through.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the cash management space, assisting in guiding the Bank's strategic direction.

This is a regular full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.

This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location in Cape Coral, FL.

Intermittent travel may be requested at other bank locations and/or travel to client as appropriate.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of sales, revenue producing, and/or Cash Management experience.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Meaningful experience usage with Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Treasury (CTP) preferred.
