Direct project management support for commercial, residential, and dealer accounts across all product lines. Representatives provide quoting, order entry, scheduling, and customer service for the Outside Sales Team. This high-impact role acts as the key interface between company and its customers, often becoming the primary point of contact for daily execution and support of large field programs and rollouts.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive inquiries and request-for-quotes (RFQs), clarifying key customer requirements, product needs, and installation timelines
Select installation contractors and coordinate requests-for-measure (RFM), either directly with the customer or through a third party
Develop and issue quotes, following up with customers on pricing, lead time, or other questions and concerns to win their business
Once quotation is approved, release order to factory floor and schedule installation with the customer
Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales team on key initiatives, forecasting, and customer service
Collaborate with Accounting on any purchase order, invoicing, or contract issues
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to interpret customer project requests and work with other team members when necessary to resolve open questions (sales, operations, engineering)
Strong prioritization, time- management, and self-motivation skills; high energy and focus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:2-yrs experience in commercial project management roles supporting quoting, order management, and project delivery
Experience interacting with customers on pricing, service, or support-follow up
Experience understanding or interpreting blue prints
Experience with rolling shutters, window treatments, door systems, or windows is a plus
Associates degree or higher preferred
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency with applicable software such as MSOffice
Capable of utilizing company quoting software and ERP programs
