This position is responsible for coordinating Sterling's service delivery to the firm's intermediary clients. Provide the client strategy teams with business development support and work with the firm's intermediary strategists to service existing business and facilitate new business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a main point of contact for client and prospect inquiries and requests
Lead the set-up of onboarding new relationships and platforms including: compiling new account documentation, communicating account details to the applicable groups within the firm, following all compliance and regulatory processes, working with investment teams to facilitate portfolio investment
Oversee the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of client accounts and platforms
Act as a main point of contact for functional teams within the firm in ensuring client needs and objectives are understood and met
Create client portfolio reviews, specifically in the compiling of portfolio-level analytics and incorporating the data into client review materials
Maintain all necessary client records in order to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Coordinating contract details with Sterling legal and the client for various contract types and asset classes
Assisting in any due diligence related to the onboarding of a new intermediary client
Processing any amendments to the investment advisory agreement to add or remove products
Spearheading ad hoc projects with internal teams to streamline
Facilitate communication with current and potential clients
Peer review teammates work in order to provide exceptional client service
Act as a main point of contact for client strategists to onboard new intermediary sponsors

University degree, college diploma or relevant working experience
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills

Solid computer skills with ability to learn and proficiently use several software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experience working under strict deadlines
Self-motivated and ability to work independently but also with diverse individuals/groups

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer experience with Archer, Salesforce and FactSet
Prefer background in the financial industry
Four year bachelor's degree, preferably in finance
Preferred pursuit or completion of FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66)
Preferred pursuit or completion of MBA, CFA, CIMA, CFP
