Experience applying ITIL centric change management processes and tools to support change request activity from various application, operational, and development support groups.
Experience with Change Management tools such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
Experience with querying information, and developing reports using reporting tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects, etc.
Highly desired - Experience with PowerBI report development and report querying skills.
Functional knowledge of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as well as conceptual relationship of configuration items
