Job Summary:



Securitas Technology is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including call handling, contract creation, billing assistance, and supporting our technical assistance team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Call Handling:

    • Manage incoming calls for customer service, billing inquiries, escalations, upgrade offers, and welcome calls to new customers.




  • Contract Management:

    • Create new contracts for customers.

    • Request penalty charges for early termination of contracts.

    • Perform billing audits to ensure correct rates and contract terms.




  • Customer Account Maintenance:

    • Update customer account information such as names, addresses, contacts, and passwords.

    • Assist customers with setting up Payer Express (web portal/app).




  • Technical Support Assistance:

    • Assist the technical support team by creating tickets for service calls.

    • Support the team by validating service calls and upgrade requests.




  • Email Communication:

    • Manage internal and external email communication from direct customers and internal departments.




  • Customer Retention and De-escalation:

    • Handle customer retention efforts and de-escalate tense situations to maintain positive relationships.




  • Billing and Invoicing:

    • Review and print invoices for customers.

    • Email statements and invoices to customers.

    • Answer all billing-related concerns.

    • Request adjustments to invoices as needed.




Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer service and billing software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in customer service, billing, or related fields is preferred.


Working Conditions:



  • This is a full-time position.

  • Some weekend or evening work may be required to meet client needs.
