Position Summary




  • Overseeing daily activities of OE team including but not limited to OE Mailbox, Orders, Budgets, reporting and metrics, reviewing daily metrics and analyzing daily performance

  • Loading/managing the daily Sales Order File from SL to SAP.

  • Perform annual Performance Reviews

  • Monitoring team performance and provide guidance and support

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Approving timesheets, vacations/time off

  • Tracking OT and workload trackers

  • Handling escalated inquires and urgent requests/issues

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Collaborate with other departments

  • Train new and existing team members as needed on procedures and systems

  • Participate in sales training as needed

  • Assisting sales with any questions pertaining to ordering document requirements

  • Having a working knowledge of processing order, change orders and cancellations

  • Assisting/overseeing special projects as needed

  • Maintaining composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations

  • Handling of and exposure of sensitive and confidential information

  • Arrange for temporary coverage as needed to maintain operational continuity

  • Overseeing/evaluating the backup of coordinator positions as needed

  • Supervise and support month end closing

  • Support future acquisitions

  • Additional responsibilities as requested by the manager







Basic Requirements



  • Experience working with sales contracts and reviewing contract documents

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working Sales Contracts

  • Proficient PC and Microsoft skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must be reliable, professional and organized

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ethical standards for handling confidential information

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and enthusiastically deal with change

  • Must have a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills

  • Ability to work well as part of a team

  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills

  • General business acumen

  • Willing to work overtime as required/needed


Preferred Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting

  • 1 to 3 years' relevant experience. Will consider experience in lieu of degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Solomon and SAP, SalesForce preferred
