We’re seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor & Credit Reviewer to enhance our dynamic team. The Internal Auditor & Credit Reviewer provides independent internal audit and loan review activities for the Association by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management practices, internal controls, and governance processes. This role is key in protecting the organization from methods or activities that could put the organization at unacceptable risk. We’re looking for a collaborative, self-motivated professional with a background in agriculture. You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and strong communication skills are essential. Preferred Location is Jefferson City, MO, however all other FCS Branch locations within Missouri will be considered for exceptional candidates. A hybrid work option may be considered after the initial training period. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $91,000, however salary is commensurate with experience.
