Job Description:

What you will do

Understand customer business processes and requirements related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM).  Will be responsible for gathering requirements and analyzing its feasibility through collaboration with Business and IT Stakeholders. As a techno functional consultant provide industry best recommendations and participate in process definitions / design activities for Asset and Work Management, Work Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

How you will do it

1.Work with subject matter experts and customers to understand their business processes and requirements.

2.Responsible for creating Functional Design Specification for Asset and Work Management. Create high-level and low-level design Specifications for user requirements.

3.Translate business requirements into technical requirements, technical designs and implementation plan and provide to technical team for implementation.

4.Develop and execute test plans to ensure Maximo meets customer requirements, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

5.Configure and customize the following IBM MAS modules to meet client needs Manage, Health, Predict, Monitor, Visual Inspection, Assist, Reliability Strategies, HSE

6.Proactively communicating with users and other IT staff about the condition of the system and provide Maximo application support to end users

7.Create Maximo solution architecture design and training documentation

8.Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and functional.

9.Define and execute the strategic vision for the IBM MAS EAM practice, aligning with the company’s overall goals.

10.Lead the development and enhancement of Maximo EAM service offerings to meet market demand and client needs.

11.Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

12. Collaborate with offshore team to ensure successful deployment of the selected modules.

What we look for


  • At least 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo in manufacturing industry

  • Maximo Application Suite Certification will be a plus

  • Knowledge of modules like – HSE, Assist, Health, Monitor, Visual inspection, Predict will be an advantage and preferred.

  • Knowledge of Maximo Mobile

  • Strong functional or domain understanding of EAM processes and best practices

  • Deep understanding of Maximo data structure, application designer, security and workflow design
