Two Six Technologies is looking to expand our exciting space and intelligence solutions. We are looking for a Business Development leader to develop solutions for and drive connections with established government sponsors while collaboratively working with our Business Development and technical teams. In this role you will work daily with other Business unit leadership and software development teams to discuss and shape opportunities. You will use your space and intel domain expertise in technical exchange meetings with our architects to refine solutions then develop white papers off those details to bring forward to your customers. You're excited to lead discussions in teams as small as three to four, but also as large as 20 with cross-company workgroups. This role requires someone to dive into every phase of business development and capture management ranging from leading proposal volumes, to managing large proposal efforts as needed. The ideal candidate operates well in a lean team and is strategic enough to shape and capture business over a two + year horizon, but also tactical enough to roll up their sleeves after attending a symposium to draft conops for our prototype teams to build from. You know you are a good fit for this role if you have strong connections to the Federal Government Defense & Intel space, and an understanding of the intricacies of operating in the local client base. You also can demonstrate existing customer relationships, while having the ability to build strong new relationships quickly. You build strong relationships grounded in trust because you can talk about mission systems in a technical manner, but also explain benefits and outcomes that make sense to leadership. You will thrive in this role if you have a desire to engage with our customers, collaborate with technologists, and are excited to drive new BD, Capture, and proposal practices that scale to meet the size of our opportunity pipeline.
