The Search Optimization Specialist will support Kimberly-Clark Professional's (KCP) strategic business plan and "must-win" focus on eCommerce growth. You'll manage the efforts to ensure KCP products are highly ranked within search results on Top Tier distributor websites from an SSO perspective (Site Search Optimization). You'll partner directly with our distributors to both understand their internal search relevancy methodologies, as well as monitor search results from key search strings and identify areas of insight and action. You'll focus in understanding what practices and actions result in higher rankings with each distributor partner as well as products and categories that are failing in searches.





In this role you will:




  • Serve as primary contact for eCommerce with Top Tier Distributors




  • Work with Sales and Distributors to identify search methodology




  • Monitor and report on the competitor landscape of search rankings for Distributor sites




  • Validate distributor template and file format requirements




  • Re-format content as needed for uploads




  • Verify sent content has been loaded correctly




  • Assist marketing and sales with Product Assortment and Content questions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or related field




  • 3+ years of eCommerce, data management is required




  • Search Optimization experience (SSO and/or SEO) is required




  • Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools is required




  • Knowledge of and basic understanding of back-end SEO best practices required




  • Strong attention to detail with experience Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Advanced Excel




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate




  • Comfortable working autonomously and building 'white-space' strategies




  • Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment




  • Personal interest in eCommerce and data management

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $106,000-$130,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
