Job Title: Bilingual Safety Manager

Location: Carrollton, TX 75006

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: $65,000+ (Depending on Experience) | Direct Hire



Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Safety Manager for an onsite position in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a minimum of one year of safety management experience in the construction industry. The Bilingual Safety Manager will oversee the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment that complies with OSHA regulations and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures on construction sites.


• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.


• Provide safety training and orientations to employees in both English and Spanish.


• Lead investigations for workplace accidents, injuries, or incidents, and implement corrective actions.


• Maintain safety records and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.


• Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety awareness.


• Stay current with safety regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Fluency in both languages is required.


• Minimum of 1 year of safety management experience in the construction industry.


• 
  OSHA 500 Certification (requires at least 5 years of construction safety experience).


• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction industry safety standards.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
