Position Summary:	Responsible for receiving and recording in all food products, supplies, and merchandise. Keep accurate record of inventory on hand, used and ordered. This person will work with management and co-workers to instill and foster the value of the Villanova Mission Statement and the Dining Services Mission Statement. This person will focus on our Core Values: Safety and Sanitation, Friendly Courteous Service, Quality, Meticulous Attention to Detail, and Safety. All of our associates should improve our systems and overall operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:	Receive, date, record all food, supplies, and merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory records of all food products, supplies, and merchandise entered into the building Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:	Knowledge of math and math skills to keep records of inventory on hand, used and ordered One year as a receiver or related field in dealing with inventory control Basic reading and writing skills Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Basic communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to use chemicals daily, and use proper protective equipment as called for by the specific chemical and task
Preferred Qualifications:	High School Diploma desireable
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:	Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs independently. Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
