Job Description:

Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to collaborate directly with business users, developing data pipelines from source applications to corporate data platforms (Data Warehouse/Lake) and optimizing analytic solutions. This role will primarily utilize Informatica development tools to create or modify integrations for projects within the Data and Analytics Services group.



Primary Accountabilities:

• Develop scalable, innovative solutions for extracting, transforming, and moving data.


• Perform data profiling and analysis to understand data sources.


• Optimize data models through normalization, table analysis, and query reviews.


• Present analytic model outcomes in a format easily understood by the business.


• Perform ETL/ELT functions for new or existing data sources.


• Conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders to plan project activities.


• Collaborate with business users to ensure data accuracy and quality.


• Gather and compile data using various techniques in response to data requests.


• Create code or GUI data mappings while adhering to company standards.


• Work closely with other pipeline developers to ensure cohesive integration.

Qualifications:




Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Software Development, Analytics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of direct experience in coding, ETL Development/Engineering, analytics, or research.


• Proficiency with Informatica ETL/ELT tools, including PowerCenter, BDM/DEI, and IICS products.


• Experience working with Snowflake and Snowpark.


• Experience developing data pipelines utilizing Python.


• Direct experience integrating source APIs into big data environments.


• Proficiency in SQL.

Preferred Experience:

• Data Modeling experience utilizing Erwin Data Modeling Tool.


• Experience with Tidal Job Scheduling Software.


• Development experience with DBT.


• CI/CD experience.
