Job Summary

Provides NIWC PAC FRD FIO Planning support.

Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Updates PWS templates with platform-specific information and other contractual documentation. Retrieves, distributes, and manages drawings database (SIDs, FIDs, LARs, etc). Maintains Government Furnished Information (GFI) Database (MODTRACKER). Schedules and attends meetings, records action items, and follows up on actions.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have one to three (1-3) years of experience. Must have experience with SPIDER and MODTRACKER (Nice to have, not required). Must have the ability to develop meeting minutes, and track action items. Must have the ability to work independently and proactively. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $75,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
