POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to improve our CRM capabilities, with a focus on HubSpot. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our HubSpot platform to drive effective marketing strategies and support sales efforts. You will closely collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop strategic marketing plans and provide detailed performance reports.

Additionally, you will work with the Sales team to address their HubSpot needs, ensuring best practices for sales outreach and accurate reporting. The Marketing Automation Specialist will also partner with Solution Engineers, Sales Operations, Marketing Communications, and Design teams to implement and manage programmatic and operational initiatives. By leveraging HubSpot’s features, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing automation processes and achieving our strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties:

  • Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance evaluation.
  • Automation Workflows: Design and implement effective automation workflows and triggers to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • HubSpot Forms: Manage and execute HubSpot forms across multiple website domains, ensuring they meet campaign needs.
  • Dynamic Content: Utilize HubSpot’s dynamic content features to tailor marketing messages based on audience segmentation.
  • Campaign Metrics: Analyze campaign performance metrics and communicate insights to the marketing team to inform strategy.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Collaborate with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Marketing Automation: Oversee marketing automation efforts, staying updated with industry best practices and integrating new strategies as needed.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B testing to refine productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and sales growth.
  • Landing Pages: Create and optimize HubSpot landing pages to support various marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Operations: Support essential marketing operations within HubSpot, including managing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with SEO/GA4 and other digital marketing initiatives that support CRM objectives.

Other Duties:

  • Travel up to 15% - approximately 4 times a year travel to corporate headquarters and/ or relevant conferences???????

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to rally and influence to get things done
  • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
  • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
  • Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships

Desired:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent

Years of experience in a similar role:

  • Required:
    • 5+ years in Marketing, or related field is required.
    • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot
