F&G is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support F&Gs recruitment process, Applicant Tracking System administration, new employee experience and onboarding, and reporting analytics.
This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
Supports procedures for improving the candidate experience.
Support procedures and task management for contingent worker program
Manage new hire preboarding process which includes communication and task management
Manage background check process and platform
Assist HR team with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
Schedule interviews for applicants both virtually and in person and arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as necessary.
Attend college relations events which includes but is not limited to career fairs, classroom speaking engagements and other college relation events as needed.
Assists with the coordination of events and programming for the Summer Intern Program.
Experience and Education Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred. In lieu of degree, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years prior experience in administrative support activities.
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Regular and punctual attendance
