About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a User Behavioral Analytics Senior Information Security Analyst to implement and manage behavior-based security solutions to detect and prevent malicious activities. Utilize Jira for tracking security tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate with team members. Implement and manage security controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Apply User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to identify and mitigate anomalous behavior in users and entities. Design and implement security solutions focusing on behavior-detections. Development and implementation of security strategies focusing on user behavior-detections.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
  • Design, implement, and tune rules and techniques to prevent risky user behaviors in partnership with security, investigative partners, business groups and other stakeholders
  • Work with tools, such as, Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP), ICA Risk Fabric
  • Work with and support ongoing rule/technique change management and associated controls execution
  • Assist with inquiries from risk partners, Internal Audit and regulatory bodies on Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) controls and procedures
  • Work on information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
  • Serve as information security senior analyst to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with Symantec ICA Risk Fabric, Enforce, and/or Gurucul, tool experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience with User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) applications
  • 3+ years of Data Loss Prevention policy design and implementation experience including exact data matching, regular expressions and other techniques to reduce false-positives
  • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud DLP solutions such as Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), cloud-native DLP and/or security policies, etc.
  • 2+ years of Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance(GRC) experience
  • Advanced experience in creating and maintaining security policies, procedures, controls, and documentation
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language
  • Experience managing and tracking workflows in Jira, Confluence, Service Now or other ticketing tools
  • Advanced experience in written communications
  • CISSP, CCSP or other applicable InfoSec qualifications
  • Cloud certifications
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule - in office 3 days a week
