Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 weeks assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with scheduled visits on Saturday every 3 weeks if possible.



Minimum Requirements:

• KY RN license


• 1+ year home health experience within the past 3 years


• OASIS experience


• BLS


• HCHB experience preferred
