Regulatory Data Syndication Analyst at Horizontal Talent in Maplewood, Minnesota

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Data Syndication Analyst to join their team. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and convenience.

As a Regulatory Data Syndication Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the exchange of large amounts of product data between our client and government agencies, as well as channel partners. Your role will involve coordinating data aggregation to collect and transmit item-level product information using our client's systems, Microsoft Excel, or formats requested by channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document and map business processes and requirements for future IT solutions
- Identify and understand end-user needs
- Facilitate business process redesign and documentation as needed
- Support data acquisition and maintenance activities for the regulatory Data Hub

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulated data or regulated agency
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookup, and index matching
- 2-5 years of data analysis experience
- A 4-year STEM degree

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, requiring minimal direction, and will be highly skilled and knowledgeable in their field. They will also be committed to sharing best practices within the team. This role involves working closely with our client to analyze and define business processes that require IT solutions, ensuring that systems meet both business and user requirements.
