What you will do:

  • Design and deliver IFS Cloud solutions with leading practices throughout all phases of an ERPtransformation


  • Apply business process and solution expertise to bring forth leading practices in the areas which include Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Service/Maintenance, Projects.


  • Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the directionfor corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to businessgoals


  • Provide best practice input and guidance to Baker Tilly and client project team members, driving business process improvement and aligning the design of the IFS solution for the client


  • Collaborate with the Delivery Director, Project Manager, Functional Leads and Business Analyst team members to resolve cross-functional strategic decisions and issues


  • Responsible for the overall IFS solution for the client project, serving as a key liaison between the functional and technical team members


  • Oversee and participate in the configuration of IFS Cloud to bring client requirements to life and during ERP Transformation initiatives


  • Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the IFS Cloud Solution


  • Partner with project managers and functional and technical leads to identify project risk and issues. Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigation strategies.


  • Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives


  • Support sales processes both internally with Principals, Directors and Business Development Directors and externally with IFS pre-sales and sales representatives as a Subject Matter Expert


  • Lead and support the continuous development of the market offering


  • Provide coachingandmentoring to consultants and client team members throughout the implementation project


  • Provide performance counselingand career developmentto consultants


  • Participate in the development and delivery ofIFSCloudimplementation trainingfor team members


  • Become IFS Certified in more than one IFS Cloud module and obtain recertifications annually


  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the IFS community


  • Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm-wide learning and development programs

Qualifications




Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Management, Management/Computer Information Systems or related field


  • Minimum of seven (10) years of implementation experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing with more than one of the IFS Applications or IFS Cloud modules


  • Certification and/or experience with IFS modules including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Service/Maintenance, Projects


  • IFS Cloud experience and IFS Practitioner Certification(s) preferred. Baker Tilly will invest in your certification if not currently certified.


  • Business expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance/Accounting, or Service and Maintenance processes


  • Excellentanalysis skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to develop processes and methodologies


  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required


  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learningin order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details


  • Exhibit appropriate ethical knowledge, sense of urgency and commitment to quality, and the timely completion of projects


  • Ability to multi-task across several different projects and stakeholders both internal and external


  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with client resources from hourly resources to C-suite


  • Ability to travel up to 50%


  • Must be willing to work non-traditional business hours for client demands occasionally




Additional Information


The compensation range for this role is $117,940 to $255,520. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
