Position Overview: President
The President will be responsible for leading the Company's strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and spearheading growth opportunities through both organic expansion and acquisition. This role will require a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with practical implementation, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. The President will work closely with the senior leadership team and the Company's investment partners to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
Optimize operational efficiencies, focusing on process improvements, cost reductions, and lean management.
Lead post-acquisition integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with the Company's existing operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Develop and refine strategies that position the Company for continued market leadership.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have:
Proven leadership experience managing a P&L.
Track record of successfully managing significant business growth in Lower Middle Market or Middle Market businesses.
Strong financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in team building, hiring, and change management.
Expertise in developing and executing business strategies.
Acquisition and integration experience
Experience in or around the residential construction industry (working with or for homebuilders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)

Compensation: $250k base, KPI bonus target of $150k-$200k, and long-term incentives tied to growth opportunities.
