Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description: One of our best clients is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for their day shift. Facility is located just outside of Anderson SC.


Job Description: As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our meat processing plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your role will involve managing a team of production workers, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.


• Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.


• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.


• Train and mentor production staff.


• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.


• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas.


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a meat processing plant or similar environment.


• Strong knowledge of meat processing techniques and equipment.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the meat processing industry.
