Federal Reserve Bank of MinneapolisThe Treasury Services (TS) Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis serves as Fiscal Agent for the US Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service supporting the Retail Program. Our department provides and supports various services related to the issuing and redemption of US savings bonds and marketable securities. This position will provide general administrative support and analytical support for Treasury Services department staff and management.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support for Treasury Services, which may include things such as scheduling, ordering office supplies and maintaining department supply inventory, making meeting arrangements, submitting access requests, proofreading, copying and filing
Provides administrative support and completes ad hoc requests from the Treasury Services officer team as needed
Maintains department key inventory and key inventory log
Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including the research, computation, and review of data for use in preparing reports and completing projects
Performs receptionist duties, including receiving and responding to visitors and phone calls
Responds to inquiries, gathers data, exchanges information, prepares routine and custom reports, presentations, and composes correspondence and emails. This may include updating and maintaining databases and responding to customer complaints
Performs basic analytic tasks to assist advanced level professional staff with activities, projects and reporting related to the Division
Analyzes existing processes and procedures across the department and makes improvement recommendations and revisions. May provide support in the delivery of rudimentary instruction to process users
Escalates difficult and complex questions or problems to other analysts or management
Assists in preparing and/or revising communications, including proposals, reports, and presentations
May participate in Division, Bank or FRS project teams and workgroups. Completes special assignments as needed.
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Some post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred.
7 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience.
Experience in a business operations or financial environment.
Proficient in a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency in any visa category.
Additional Information:
* Salary range is $56,300-$70,353-$84,400. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.

Onsite work is an essential function of this position, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days per week for meetings and team collaboration.
