Position Summary:
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations within our assisted living community. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, leading a dedicated nursing staff, and collaborating with other departments to promote a holistic approach to resident well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the care staff, providing guidance, training, and support.


• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices in nursing care.


• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents with the help of the Resident Care Coordinator.


• Monitor and assess the health status of residents, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare providers.


• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and services.


• Promote staff development through ongoing training and mentorship.


• Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with care services.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Oversee delegation processes per Oregon regulations

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.


• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
