This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data utilization and visualization for our clients, driving tangible value right from the outset of their engagement with our digital products. The role will specifically support the KFOne Platform (backbone of KF digital products) in the creation of an enterprise-wide analytics app.

Lead the transformation of organizational data utilization across various digital products, including Platform, RPO, KF Pay, KF Assess, Profile Manager, and KF Architect, through an enterprise-wide analytics app. The app aims to centralize diverse data collected during and after client onboarding, offering comprehensive organizational analysis in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and pain points related to data utilization.

  • Developing and executing a product strategy to centralize and visualize organizational data on the platform.

  • Leading the design and implementation of intuitive visualization tools to showcase insights derived from client data.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making processes for clients through the analytics app.

  • Working closely with KF Digital solution areas product management teams, engineering, design and architecture to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap decisions.

  • Communicating the value proposition of the analytics app to internal stakeholders and clients.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS integrations, is highly preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in technical processes and the ability to translate these processes with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate ideas through mocks/wireframes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, architecture.

  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello), ProductBoard, Aha!, Figma, Lucid or other related tools for roadmap, requirements, wireframing.

  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills or similar.

  • Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner.
