RBAC Engineering Lead - VP at State Street in Austin, Texas

Who we are looking for

State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communication, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC.

What you will be responsible for

As the RBAC Engineering Lead, you will

• Lead an engineering team of full stack developers


• Build and drive delivery of strategic state RBAC platform


• Demonstrated experience building cloud native (AWS) web applications using Spring boot, API, Java microservices, Angular/React JS in an agile environment


• Hands-on experience with design, development and debugging applications


• Identify tools, technologies to deliver a modern RBAC platform on Cloud using microservices


• Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

• Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the
  organization


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for
  delivering results.

• Bachelor Degree (BS)


• 10+ years' experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations


• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing & implementing large-scale IAM Systems


• Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages and platforms (Java, Python, AWS, API, cloud native databases)


• Hands on experience integrating applications with authentication platform/single sign-on and MFA


• Experience with Kafka a plus
