We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts payable processes and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable team and ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the accounts payable team and ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner

- Review and approve invoices for payment

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Assist with month-end close processes

- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable

- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
