As Value Delivery Director you will be driving retailer-manufacturer participation and growth by engaging with and servicing our customers to prove Gateway value. You will be playing a vital role in the Gateway fulfillment cycle, from post-sale, through onboarding, to retailer-manufacturer solution engagement, to realization of measurable business outcomes, resulting in efficient client renewals and upselling.
Job Responsibilitie
Drive manufacturer activation and retailer adoption programs
Own, create, and execute the retail-manufacturing playbook
Define the format, strategy, and messaging around usage reports
Deliverable measurable business outcomes (return on investment) tracking and value quantification
Own end-to-end case studies, templates and processes, best practice content
Lead and support projects to drive retail and client insights team integration into retailer-manufacturer processes
Execute one on one manufacturer orientation with 90-day onboarding and support for non-standard content
Support collaborative projects and value working sessions
Requirements
Candidate should have at least 7 years' experience with retailers, manufacturers, and/or syndicated data providers, standing up merchandising, category management, category development, fulfillment, and/or sales/enablement functions
POS, panel, supply chain, loyalty, and media data business use experience needed
Bachelor's degree preferred
MS Office ability necessary

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $84,000 to $125,000.
