Insight Global is looking for a Cash Management Servicing Specialist in Greenwood Village, CO. You will be responsible for providing knowledge, support, and servicing of online banking products. This person will drive customer retention through excellent customer support, ongoing assistance related to technical inquiries, as well as setup and maintenance of new and existing relationships. Other duties include, serving as a contact for the rest of the bank regarding all cash management products and the related systems. You will interact directly with the customer and other areas within CoBank associated with the customer, including cash management consultants, relationship managers, farm credit associations, information technology and the rest of operations in support of the cash management products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs designated cash management activities in expected timeframes and according to documented policies and procedures.
2. Assists in preparing, processing and reviewing customer documentation.
3. Completes accurate setup of users in cash management systems.
Duration: 6 month contract, looking for someone to help during EOY busy season
