Job Description:

Under the direction of the Program/Project Manager for Digital Web Support, assist managing projects and programs which the definition, strategy and execution of new features and functionalities for digital site. Manages the content strategy and production process for education and information content across a platform within the company. Support the coordination and program-manage cross-functional teams (design, tech, content) to bring these new features and functionality to market for the team. Coordinates projects and activities. Serves as liaison to customers and other departments. Strong, positive relationships required with support departments as well as with vendors.

- Defines messages, ensures content is used at the right times, and manages the content planning process that health education information can be personalized for patient and family audiences.

- Build strategy to create engaging patient-facing content from clinical subject matter.

- Manages reporting and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Manages project schedules.

- Coordinates departmental project activities and ensures project phases are documented appropriately.

- Develops novel approaches to content, including message, form, purpose, and publication.

- Reviews, edits and drafts changes to controlled documents.

- Interacts with subject matter experts across the company regarding document creation, editing and control.

- Reviews and rewrites documentation received from clinical/technical staff.

- Improves editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts and procedures as needed.

- Help drives new features and enhancements for prospective patients and referring physicians that help them to connect with Health Care physician and/or clinic.

- Create web strategy through user research, consumer segmentation, competitive assessments and alignment with business priorities.

- Establishes feature roadmaps and release plans behind compelling business cases.

- Support team in creating the optimal user experience and design.

- Collaborates with team to ensure alignment of functionality/design with technology capabilities.

- Leads the creation of backlogs and compelling user stories.

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications
  • B.A./B.S. from an accredited college or university in a work-related discipline/field

Experience
  • Five (5) years progressively responsible and directly related work experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Creative digital design abilities
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization keyword research experience.
  • Understanding of content management systems such as Adobe CQ Ability to plan for the creation, publication, and governance of useful, usable content to optimize for an outstanding user experience.
  • Ability to optimize content workflow to create, edit, maintain, and archive content with Quality, Education or other team members.
  • Ability to use technology appropriately for publication channels, including web and mobile, and to set up metadata, tagging, and search optimization.
  • Ability to receive information and present/share in easy to understand terminology and to adjust tone to effectively reach different audiences.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, sharepoint, and Adobe and the ability to master other software packages as needed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse tasks.

  • Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new software programs as required.
  • Intermediate level proficiency using computer software systems including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet as well as other office equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of how to architect information flows on the Web.
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Solid understanding of how to structure and optimize content for the web
