Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in Sarasota, Marietta, Newark, and Belcamp! As a Project Manager you will be working on commercial and land development projects within these locations.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Project Management:
Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.
Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.
Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.
Permitting and Entitlements:
Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.
Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
Client Engagement:
Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred)
Team Leadership:
Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.
