We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our production team as a Administration Assistant for our Production department. In this role, you will primarily support the Production Supervisor and Technicians in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production processes, with a focus on the fulfillment of project builds and orders.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Assist technicians in preparing building systems by performing tasks such as component preassembly, equipment setup, and tool preparation.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts and materials used in the production process. Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking as needed.
Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including generating necessary documentation and shipping labels. Verify and process incoming shipments.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the technical team, such as data entry, filing, and packing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic technical skills and ability to follow instructions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
US citizen or resident
This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation:
Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year
