Responsibilities
The VP of Global Advanced Product Development is responsible for advancing new business growth, developing innovative products, and forging strategic partnerships:
Direct global teams in the development and design of innovative products
Identify new technologies and industry trends to create growth opportunities
Build a high-performing global team, focusing on continuous improvement
Work closely with Business Development, Product Line Management, and Sales teams to ensure that initiatives are well-coordinated and executed efficiently
Oversee and improve quality control measures and development procedures
Drive M&A activities that expand technological and product capabilities
Estimated international travel of 1 to 2 weeks per Quarter
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Software, or Electrical Engineering
20+ years of experience within the automotive industry
10+ years in advanced engineering leadership roles
