A client in Northwest Arkansas is looking for someone to join their Facilities Management team. This person will be taking service tickets for supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lawn care. A key aspect of this role is to be a solution-based thinker daily but, create escalations when needed. The ideal candidate will have previous operations experience within a commercial setting. A candidate will be successful in this role if they have strong communication, organization skills, customer service skills, and a sense of urgency.
