We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process, building strong supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives. This role will also focus on optimizing MRP parameters and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
Continuously assess supplier performance and work to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring quality and reliability.
Address any discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or payments, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure successful long-term partnerships and foster open communication.
Track and manage deliveries to meet deadlines and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Proactively seek opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and other efficiency improvements.
Utilize and adjust Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to optimize inventory, production, and procurement processes.
Keep meticulous records of all purchasing activities, supplier agreements, and order statuses within NetSuite.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, cost structures, and overall service quality.
Requirements:
3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, within a manufacturing environment required.
NetSuite experience is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize purchasing processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain optimization.
