Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Elk Grove Village, IL
$45,000 - $50,000/Annually - plus full health benefits, PTO, 401k
Our client has been a leader in the electronics industry for over 25 years. They specialize in high end TVs and monitors, and they don't just promise bigger, they promise better - better sound, higher resolution, and outmatched user experience.
They have recently built a brand-new office in Elk Grove Village, IL and are currently looking for an additional Entry Level Administrative Assistant to aid in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be working within a team of three other administrative staff and will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring client database is up to date; verify contact information and modify when necessary; document notable client interactions in the system
Collaborate with other locations to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, etc.
Provide basic and accurate information via phone and email regarding product details
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Receive, update, and enter shipment information including pre-alerts and issuing documents into internal system
Generate weekly reports on request of Office Manager
Perform other administrative duties such as filing, drafting email correspondence, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Internship experience or general office experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Adaptable and able to think critically under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize
