Due to our expansion we are now looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenwich, CT.
The admin will be responsible for ensuring that all showrooms are legally compliant, well-maintained, and safe. This role involves managing pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining accurate records in our T100 system. Please note this role may require being on call on evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration and document control for all aspect of the role, from purchase order and tender management to database entry.
Coordinating and scheduling pre-planned maintenance to ensure each showroom remains legally compliant.
Coordinating and scheduling reactive maintenance, ensuring work orders and emergency maintenance needs are met.
Ensuring all contractors are legally compliant to visit showrooms by verifying and uploading necessary documents
Contractor & Contract Management - including cleaners, maintenance crews and waste management
