Key Focus: SAP O2C Solution Designer with extensive experience in SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP FSCM, SAP RM
Job Overview: This position seeks a SAP O2C Solution Designer with extensive experience in SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP FSCM, and SAP Receivable Management. You will lead efforts to drive innovative capabilities in SAP O2C systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing SAP system enhancements. This role is hybrid, requiring some presence at corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for SAP O2C systems including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), and OpenText.
Handle ABAP development (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms).
Collaborate on the design, deployment, and implementation of global ERP solutions using Agile methodology.
Develop detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments.
Troubleshoot SAP O2C system issues, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements.
Lead and document project go-live activities and provide post-go-live support.
Plan, manage, and support ongoing SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and best practices in risk mitigation and audit compliance.
Design scalable, efficient solutions for business needs and system configuration.
Ensure financial controls and compliance with corporate policies and SOX requirements.
Mentor and guide junior team members; lead functional teams and projects.
Respond to internal/external audit requests and provide governance in business processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in ERP systems, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in ERP systems.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations with Hybrid and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in SAP O2C modules including SAP SD, SAP CRM, FSCM, and OpenText.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including sales contracts, order management, pricing processes, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
Strong knowledge of SAP O2C integration with other modules like FICO, MM, PP, PS, and FI-AR integration.
Solid experience in system management, business requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
Desired Skills:
Advanced expertise in SAP O2C processes and deep understanding of master data objects such as business partners and customer hierarchies.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proficiency with SQL, queries, and data extraction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
