Location: REMOTE

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager III



6+ month Contract




Sep 30, 2024 - Aug 1, 2025




Location: CA Remote




This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• Lead and manage IT projects to meet business objectives.
  
  


• Develop and maintain project artifacts (charter, budget, schedule, status reports, change management plan, RAID log).


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.


• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates.


• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.


• Manage project budgets and track expenses.


• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement corrective actions.


• Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members.


• 
  Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  
  
  


• 5+ years of experience in an IT project manager or similar role.


• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or related IT field.


• Demonstrated consultative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).


• Strong team management skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of IT topics such as infrastructure, software development, and technology solutions.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.


• A passion for learning and a desire to grow.


• Ability to apply new skills quickly while dealing with ambiguity.


• 
  Must Have:
  


• 5+ years of experience in an IT project manager or similar role.


• Knowledge of IT topics such as infrastructure, software development, and technology solutions.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

• Previous financial services industry and consulting experience.
