Balance workload across strategic thinking, solution design, timeline estimation, technical development, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting for internal and external integrations.
Balance support activities with new development through demand management processes and strong communication skills.

XML and transformations
Database and SQL proficiency
Digibee (preferred)
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex implementation processes and technology to non-experts and IT peers.
Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.
In-depth knowledge of integration architecture principles, data modeling, data storage, security, and data management practices.
Define, capture, and document metadata and rules associated with ETL processes.
Experience building and maintaining integration applications.
Ability to analyze pipeline performance using metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with experience in Enterprise Integration and increased levels of responsibility.
5+ years of total IT experience.
Ability to specify and document requirements.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Development experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Celigo, GoAnywhere, Informatica, Workato, Boomi, AIS, or similar low-code integration tools (two or more required).
EDI experience is a plus.
Ability to facilitate prototyping sessions with various end users and stakeholders.
Understanding of both traditional and latest cloud-based or hybrid integration tools.
Experience with EDI and SFTP tools.
