Job Description:

Reports to: Business Office Manager / Administrator

Full Wage Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and education.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Visitors: direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.
• Maintain animal vaccine records log.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information
