Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and organize daily office operations and schedules.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff members.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting software.

  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge if relevant].
