Job Description:
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, recruiting and onboarding candidates for employment in accordance with applicable employment laws, regulations and company policies.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee hiring process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned departments.
- Actively source candidates for current openings and ongoing pipeline.
- Ensure timely communication of employment actions: new hires, terminations and transfers.
- Establish and maintain contacts with the community through events such as job fairs, conventions, employment firms.

- 2+ year(s) of recruitment experience required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Thrive in a highly cooperative work setting.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Maturity in dealing with confidential and delicate information.
- Skilled in public speaking and effective presentation.
- Knowledge of EEOC laws and regulations.
- Available to work outside normal business hours and/or on weekends.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
