Technology Asset Coordinator at Veterans United Home Loans in Columbia, Missouri

Job Description:

As a Technology Asset Coordinator, you will work within the service channel to support hardware and software asset inventory. You will be responsible for performing steps to gather, input, and maintain asset inventory, applying best practices for both quality and efficiencies.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform assigned work to assure complete, accurate, and timely handling of IT asset inventory. Duties may include but are not limited to: performing inventory of assets, prepping assets for deployment, delivering physical assets, data entry on inventory records, catalog maintenance, warehouse stock maintenance, ingress and egress of assets in the environment.
  
  


• Troubleshoot and communicate issues regarding IT asset inventory.
  
  


• Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement. Effectively communicate ideas and status of work.
  
  


• Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
