Lèlior, a premier fragrance company based in South Florida, is expanding the team to deliver world-class digital, product, and client experiences. We are looking for a vibrant social media manager to concept, create, schedule and interact with social media postings as well as offering support to our clients by few phone calls, emails and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring social media channels.
? Assets Management:
Work closely with our media team to plan, schedule, and create content for our social media accounts.
? Community Engagement:
Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
? Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
? Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify and implement new strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Customer Service Management: Attend Lèlior clients by Phone, Email and Chat
? Email and Chat: Support the clients by email and chat to manage questions and e-commerce needs such orders and subscriptions.
? Phone Calls: Also support the clients with few phone calls.
Requirements:
? Portfolio of previously managed social media accounts.
? Perfect fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
? Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
? Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across multiple platforms.
About the Position:
? Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM + 2 flexible hours during Weekends on call for Social Media and Customer Service.
